Our CNC Turn & Mill Machines are from Mazak, Miyano, Citizen and Goodway – all manufacturers with reputations for machines of high quality, fast production times and excellent reliability.
To maximise flexibility and availability of particular engineering services, CNC machining capabilities are replicated throughout the facility. This enables us to deal with unexpected challenges without impact on customer service levels and deliveries.
To support these Turn & Mill machines we have 3D vision and advanced CMM machines to ensure quality is maintained throughout production.
We also offer full project management from finishing to full Kanban stock management. In-house dot & laser marking, vibratory finishing, inspection & certification and bespoke packaging are all carried out by fully trained personnel. Plating, heat treatment, EDM services are carried out by approved subcontractors to customer specifications.
